Yoga for Beginners and Upa Yoga

This session provides instruction on simple yoga postures intended to balance and stabilize the body. No prior experience is required. The practice aims to alleviate chronic ailments, back pain, stress, anxiety, and tension, while strengthening the spine. These techniques can be practiced in five to ten minutes daily. The program was developed by Sadhguru and is led by trained Isha Foundation facilitators.
