This session introduces simple and effective yoga postures designed to balance and stabilize the body. The practice requires no prior experience and is intended to help alleviate chronic ailments, back pain, stress, and anxiety while strengthening the spine. The routine is designed by Sadhguru and can be practiced daily in 5-10 minutes. Facilitated by trained instructors from the Isha Foundation, the program includes ongoing online support to assist with personal practice.
