Players participate in rotating doubles matches using provided feather shuttlecocks. Attendees must bring their own racquets, though rentals are available at the club. Indoor gym shoes are required and must be changed into before entering the court. A cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate waitlisted players; consistent no-shows or late cancellations may result in removal from the group.
