Evening Urban Walk

Participants engage in a 5 to 8 kilometer group walk through a local trail system. Routes are selected based on weather and trail conditions. The pace is slow to medium, allowing for intermittent stops. Essential gear includes walking or trekking shoes, and city ice spikes are required during winter. A headlamp and appropriate clothing layers are also recommended.
