D&D One-Shot: Tales From the Vile Book of Darkness Vol. 2

This D&D 5e session is set in Nilbog, a peaceful goblin village in the Dessarin River Valley that has transformed into a tourist destination. Players are tasked by the Duke of the Dessarin Valley to infiltrate the village during the Harvest Festival as vacationers to investigate the mysterious disappearance of the Duke's daughter and other visitors. Focused on folk horror and mystery, this scenario emphasizes investigation and role-playing over combat and features a high potential for character death. Players should bring a level 1 character built with 5e 2014 rules using standard array or point buy, with no magical items.
