20th Anniversary of Cask Days

Cask Days is a long-standing festival dedicated to cask-conditioned beer, which is naturally carbonated, unfiltered, and served fresh from the cask. The event highlights traditional serving methods where the beer continues to ferment in the vessel until just before consumption. The 20th-anniversary edition showcases over 100 different casks from breweries throughout Canada, accompanied by natural wine, music, and food. The experience utilizes a token system for servings, and guests receive an official event mug for their tastings.
