PSPS EcoTeam Work Party

The Pacific Spirit Park Society (PSPS) EcoTeam conducts environmental restoration activities. Volunteers participate in removing invasive plant species, such as English Holly, English Ivy, and Himalayan blackberry, to improve the ecosystem. The initiative aims to transition areas from persistent red alder forests into maturing coniferous forests through targeted invasive species management and the planting of native trees. Participants are advised to wear sturdy footwear and protective clothing.
