InfoSec Hamilton Monthly Meetup: Gamified Tabletop Exercises

This session explores strategies for gamifying tabletop exercises to improve disaster recovery and business continuity testing. Traditional, script-based exercises can be monotonous and lead to disengagement; however, introducing variability through gamification techniques—such as using dice—can increase participation and effectiveness, even for compliance requirements like SOC2. Attendees will learn methodologies for making these exercises more engaging through a presentation and short demonstration.
