Seymour River and Fisherman's Loop: Intermediate

The Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve protects the local water supply and serves as a vital habitat for spawning salmon. Located on the traditional territory of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, this intermediate-level trail spans 10.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 416 meters. Hikers will cross the Seymour River Suspension Bridge, which provides views of the canyon, and travel through a forest environment characterized by mosses and ferns, with opportunities to spot local wildlife such as black bears and coyotes.
