This volleyball session is for intermediate to advanced players proficient in 5-1 and 6-2 rotation systems, basic serve receive positioning, and game play. No coaching or instruction is provided, so participants are expected to be familiar with rotations and match procedures. Necessary equipment includes indoor shoes, water, and towels; knee pads are optional. The net is set to a height of 2.43m.
