The Embodiment Forum is a guided experiential space inspired by practices such as Authentic Relating and the ZEGG Forum. It focuses on exploring authentic self-expression by giving voice to personal experiences through words, sound, movement, and embodied presence. Participants engage in witnessing and mirroring practices to foster self-reflection, deeper awareness, and meaningful connection within a supportive community. This is not a dance event, and no previous experience is required to participate.
