PSPS EcoTeam Environmental Restoration

The Pacific Spirit Park Society (PSPS) EcoTeam conducts invasive species removal and reforestation activities. Restoration efforts focus on eliminating invasive plants such as English Holly, English Ivy, and Himalayan blackberry to facilitate the growth of a native coniferous forest. Previously cleared areas are being replanted with conifer and deciduous trees to restore the forest ecosystem. Volunteers engage in hands-on work using provided tools to improve the park environment.
