Edmonton Death Café

Death Café is a gathering where people meet to discuss the topic of death in an informal and open setting. The objective is to increase awareness of mortality to help individuals make the most of their finite lives. These sessions are group-directed with no set agenda, themes, or educational materials, and they do not function as bereavement support or grief counseling. The format encourages honest, respectful conversation in a safe environment. Participants are invited to share their thoughts and experiences freely, fostering community connection rather than serving as a place for research, commercial engagement, or guest speakers.
