This 15km one-way build-up run training session is designed for runners aiming for a full marathon sub-4 or half marathon sub-2 time. The structured workout involves increasing the pace every 5km, starting at 6:30 min/km, progressing to 6:00 min/km, and finishing at 5:30 min/km. Participants should be able to run 10km without stopping. The session is limited to 10 participants.
