OM Chanting is a healing technique involving collective vocalization in a specific formation. This session is part of a global project featuring continuous chanting. Participants are provided with chairs, though cushions for floor seating are permitted. No prior experience is required as the technique is explained at the start. Punctuality is strictly required as the facility doors are closed once the session begins.
