Sugarloaf/Townsend Hill Loop Hike

This 6-8 km hike at Sugarloaf and Townsend Hill involves approximately 325m of elevation gain. The moderate-paced route features steep, rooty, and rocky terrain, including some sections that require scrambling. Participants are advised to wear sturdy hiking footwear and bring adequate water and snacks. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times due to wildlife presence and challenging terrain. This route is considered more strenuous than standard social hikes.
