English Storytime: Hayward Sister City 40th Anniversary Commemoration

This event commemorates the 40th anniversary of the sister city partnership between Funabashi City and Hayward City. An Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) from Hayward will conduct a storytelling session, reading picture books in English. This program is for children aged three through elementary school and their parents.
