Participants can choose between 5-km and 10-km routes. The 5-km path winds through forests of Douglas Fir and Cedar, utilizing the Galloping Goose and Matheson Lake trails. The 10-km option extends to Pearson College, featuring stops at a hidden waterfall, an observatory, and a Grey Whale skeleton exhibit. Proper footwear is mandatory, and the use of hiking poles is recommended.
