PSPS EcoTeam Work Party

The Pacific Spirit Park Society (PSPS) EcoTeam conducts environmental restoration efforts in the Acadia Forest. The project focuses on removing invasive vegetation, such as English Holly, English Ivy, and Himalayan blackberry, to address the impacts of historical land clearing. This work aims to support the ecological transition of the area from a young red alder forest into a maturing coniferous ecosystem through continued invasive species control and tree planting.
