Authentic Relating Games are structured activities designed to facilitate the practice of authentic communication, vulnerability, and deep listening. Participants engage in relational exercises within a safe, respectful environment to explore new ways of interacting, break down unhelpful behavioral patterns, and cultivate genuine connections. The sessions are facilitated in English, though attendees are welcome to express themselves in any language.
