Chokyuji Temple Hiking

This 12km hiking event includes a visit to Chokyuji Temple to view approximately 800 hydrangea bushes in full bloom. The route features a stop at Takayama Bamboo Forest Park, an area known for traditional bamboo products, where participants can purchase matcha soft-serve ice cream. The hike has a difficulty rating of 4+1 and requires sports shoes or hiking footwear. Participants are expected to provide their own lunch, snacks, drinks, and appropriate attire. A participation fee of 1,000 yen is required.
