Yoga for Beginners / Upa Yoga

This session introduces Upa Yoga, a practice consisting of simple yet effective yoga postures designed to balance and stabilize the body. The techniques, developed by Sadhguru, focus on strengthening the spine and alleviating conditions such as chronic ailments, back pain, stress, anxiety, and tension. Participants do not need prior yoga experience, and the practices are designed to be completed in 5-10 minutes daily. The session is led by a trained Isha Foundation facilitator, with ongoing online support available afterward.
