Wallyball

Wallyball is played with 3 to 4 players per side, focusing on rallies and team participation rather than competitive play. The format encourages at least two hits per side, with three preferred. Spiking, blocking, kicking, hitting off the ceiling, and hard serves are prohibited to maintain a casual and inclusive atmosphere. Participants must wear white or blue-soled non-marking indoor footwear and adhere to a scent-free environment. Consistent attendance is required to ensure sufficient participation.
