This session provides instruction on simple yoga postures designed to balance and stabilize the body. Developed by Sadhguru, the practice focuses on strengthening the spine and alleviating conditions such as chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and tension. Participants will learn techniques that require only 5-10 minutes of daily practice. The program is facilitated by trained instructors from the Isha Foundation, an international non-profit organization dedicated to individual well-being through yoga and meditation.
