Underwater Rugby sessions are held to allow participants to learn and play the sport. Equipment, including fins, is available for those who wish to try the game; however, participants should provide their shoe size in advance to ensure proper fit. Attendees are required to bring a swimsuit and towel. Participants must be competent swimmers and feel comfortable in the water to engage in the game, as swimming skills are necessary for participation.
