Nukadoko Rice Bran Bed Making and Living with Nukazuke Class

This class teaches the basics of making and maintaining a nukadoko (rice bran bed) for pickling vegetables. Participants learn how to create a nukadoko, how to pickling vegetables, and how to handle common troubleshooting issues such as mold, acidity, and moisture levels. The program includes a one-year aftercare service, where participants can ask questions and receive a one-time replacement of materials if the nukadoko fails. Essential tools like a water drainer and iron balls are provided.
