Secrets of Inventory Management DX to Overcome High-Cost Era

This study group focuses on reducing waste and improving operational efficiency through Digital Transformation (DX) in inventory management, moving away from manual handwriting and Excel spreadsheets. Based on demonstration projects from the CO-FUKUI Future Technology Utilization Project, the session explores specific methods to eliminate inventory waste to reduce costs. Using the cloud-based site management system 'SmartF,' the event introduces strategies for a 'small start' DX implementation across various industries, including manufacturing, food, and textiles. Topics include the disadvantages of improper inventory management, case studies on man-hour reduction and profit effects, and an introduction to production management cloud systems optimized for small and medium-sized enterprises.
