Second-Class Drone Pilot National License Course (Beginner)

This course, offered by a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism registered training institution, provides the necessary training to obtain a second-class national drone pilot license. Completing the curriculum and passing the final examination exempts applicants from the practical skills test conducted by designated testing organizations. The program includes online theoretical training, followed by practical training and a final proficiency assessment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, possess a skill certification applicant number obtained via the Drone Information Platform System (DIPS), and meet the health requirements as evidenced by a valid driver's license or medical certificate.
