Participants will learn the techniques for preparing, treating, and preserving bamboo shoots, including the process of creating bottled water-boiled bamboo shoots and traditional Japanese simmered butterbur (kyarabuki). This workshop focuses on acquiring hands-on skills for spring seasonal food preservation that can be recreated at home.
