Edmonton Youth Orchestra in Concert

The Edmonton Youth Orchestra Association, established in 1952, operates the Edmonton Senior and Intermediate Orchestras. Recognized as one of Canada's premier youth programs, it supports approximately 150 young musicians from Edmonton and Northern Alberta in developing orchestral skills and contributing to the cultural community. Conductor Michael Massey, appointed in 1977, has received numerous accolades for his leadership, including the Order of Canada and the Alberta Order of Excellence, for his dedication to musical mentorship.
