Cash Flow MG Training

This management game training focuses on transitioning from PL-based management to BS-based management. Participants engage in a simulation where they act as manufacturing company CEOs, learning the critical importance of cash flow alongside accounting principles. By incorporating simple accounts receivable and payable rules into standard MG, attendees gain practical insights into cash movement and learn to create comprehensive financial statements, with a particular emphasis on cash flow statements.
