TOC Senior Course

This course covers the Theory of Constraints (TOC), a management and improvement philosophy developed by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt. Participants will learn the core concepts, including the five focusing steps and thinking processes, to maximize overall corporate profitability. Successful completion of the course results in the issuance of a TOC Junior Instructor license. Led by instructor Nobuhiro Shimizu, the curriculum utilizes original simulation games developed by the instructor to bridge TOC concepts with MQ accounting. This training provides the practical skills necessary to apply these methodologies to business operations and equips participants with the knowledge to function as instructors. Participants must have completed at least 15 sessions of MG training and hold a Junior Instructor license obtained through designated TOC Senior Instructors.
